Here are 5 more seam treatments and some of my favorites.
The top is a lovely little doily that I had. sooo I made a ribbon rose in the center and knots to be buds around the edges... I love this and will be making more for sure.
The next one is an angel motif that I had. Well I added some beads to her skirt and to her sleeves. Then of course I had to make more of her wings soo gold and clear beads when there.
The Flower treatment is a piece of flower lace that I got . I dyed it with Koolaid . I was thinking of beads in each center but then I didn't like it soo I went with Knots instead. Now I love it.
The other pink lace is a lace that I also dyed with koolaid. I then crochet a simple chain and sewed this on with beads across the lace.
The last one is what I did with buttons and some eyelash yarn I had.
ooooh this was fun... ok now I am off to see what I can do next.

Well It is done. And doesn't look bad if I say so my self!,.. There is a black cord for the handle. And I didn't want to get tooo crazy cause of the oriental theme. The top picture is the front and the bottom is the back.

This is using Redwork ( well in this case pinkwork) as a motif.. I enjoy this and will probly use it a lot..... The bottom of the heart has Feather stitch worked in 2 different weighs and lots of beads.

ok the top one is the one is ribbon with bullion roses.., that took me a while to do... those roses are not easy for me but with practice....
The middle one is the ribbon weave with beads in the center
the bottom one is one that I use a lot. I really like it... All it is lace sewn on with beads across the top.... simple, quick and to me perfect...

Well after the grape one I want a simple easy one and I had this little seam to do. Well this one is one of my own making. I couched a thread down in soft u shapes across the seam. Then I took yarn and weaved in and out of the thread. I followed with the beads and as a final touch the buttons. Then it needed one more thing so I put 2 beads on the buttons.

Wow.. this one takes the time..

Not hard at all but it takes time to do all them french knots. I am trying to figure out how to take better pictures but not yet. My scanner doesn't work . I have a great little camera but if I get too close it blurres sooo will keep trying.

I attached lace with buttonhole stitch.. made stems with straight stitch. Made leaves with lazy daisy. and then started o nthe knots. Took me a full day around being a mom and the other life stuff to make them...

and You got it... They look like grape clusters to me.

Ok I really like this one.

Mine turned out a little different but I really like it... tis 1/4 fan done with blanket stitch and then small beads.

I think I will be useing a lot of this one...

Well on this one I took rick rack and did the daisy flowers then

I saw this cute fuzzy thread and thought about weaving it in the daisy

stitches.. sooo that is how it ended. Now I need to do the next part of day 2 of the 100 in 100 days

These are some hearts I have made to swap in the Chain of hearts group I am in. I have 2 more I am working on that are not finished yet.
Aasia is the Purple one. It is a royal purple that has pastel seed beads in several colors across the top.
Baako is the black and white one. It as black and white Ribbon roses.
Cadee is the teal one with yellow ribbon roses. It also has 2 pink dragon flies across the top. All of them have beads on the ribbons that are across them.

Here is what I was working on for the " it's my bag" swap. It was to be a mystery till the lady has it .. well she does now sooooooo I can now post it.
The side with the Cameo is the front and the other is the back.
It is a Victorian Evening bag. and she says she loves it!!! so that is good.

Well I have managed to finish quite a few things since last time I posted. I am not sure how many pics I can put in 1 post so will divided these up I think. All of these are made for the different swaps I am in. The top shirt/pants are really coasters. I think they are just darling.
The Barbie doll dress is an oldfashion dress. The bookmarks are a lot of fun and go quick. I love homemade dishclothes and I am gathering quite a few different patterns.
The Pink and white potholders are made double so they are nice and thick.

No new pics yet but am working on several things and just as soon as they are done I will take some pictures. I am working on some crazy quilt blocks, going to make some hearts, making a few "sane" quilt blocks, Crocheting Barbie doll clothes and coasters. ooooh and a crazy quilt needle case..

I just got back home from my son and his wife's graduation so am posting some of the work I did while I was gone.
Wilma's block I added the fish, seaweed and the seam treatments.

Christy's Block for the newbie Crazy quilting group. I added to the leaves, the bird and the flowers.. I then added beads and started the seam treatments. The little butterfly fell there when it droped out of my hand and it looked cute sooo it stayed there and I then added the beads.

Well Finally I got the main page set up the way I want it!!!! I think it took me forever but I got it there. Today I didn't get all I wanted done. I did get the layout done in a scrapbook ( pictures tomarrow I promise) and worked on a crazy quilt thing.. ( shhhhh it is a secret) some more. Also I worked on some butterflies for the Grand Motif swap I am in. I really hope that everyone likes Crochet butterflies cause that is what I am doing. I have several colors going and will be taking pics soon. I also have almost 3 crazy quilt pillows done. I picked out the pattern for 1 "sane" quiling rr that I need to finish. And have 1 row RR sitting there cause I am stuck for a pattern. I am needing to do my half blocks but have till the end of the month on them... I will be taking them with me on a trip I am to go on the 11th-13th. I am going to my oldest son's graduation ( high school) so no blogging for me till I get back . Well that is after the 11th anyway. I am soo glad I got this blog up and going ... well set up anyway.

Ok I have been working on getting this page just the way I want it and man I am discouraged at the moment.. Time to stop for at least today. I worked for about 4 or 5 hours trying to get all my links and blogs in and you guessed it... for got to do something and all my blogs saved was lost.
Well I am not going to change it tonight... grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.
I have 3 crazy quilt pillows almost done. I will take pics tomarrow I hope with the finished work. I also have been working on another crazy stitch piece but cannot say a lot about it yet cause the person it is for doesn't know about it yet. I have been working as well on a knitted discloth. And am thinking in the morning about getting some bags ready for some swaps... Must remember to take pics of those too lol.
Also worked some today on a scrapbook layout. I know what I want to do finally on that one. Just have to put it together and take pics. lol

The shawl is a lite yellow with about a 6" fringe all the way around the edges.

Yep I finished several things yesterday.. I finished the yellow shawl, finished the dishclothes, and coasters and 4 scrunchies and bookmarks. Ok yes they are all for swaps but I got them done.. lol

Well To start this off.
Well I am going to try and start this.
I have soo many different crafts that this is to make sure I at least get something done on a weekly basis. I would love to get it to a daily basis but am not sure that will happen.
Right now let me list the crafts that I am doing.
1. "sane" Quilting.
I have ummm about 40 ufo's at the minute and am afraid to look at another quilting book cause I know I will find something that I need to make. Tomarrow I will see if I can remember and write the ufo's down. I have been quilting for about 20 years now but really didn't get into the art very heavy till 2002 then man alive I went full full steam. For a short time I had my own business but with the military we moved and I closed my shop down. I still have people emailing me orders and I do make the quilts for them .
2. Counted Cross stitch.
This I have done for about 18 years off and on. I love to do it but have to have a project that I love. Right now I have 3 started and well they are ufo's cause I haven't been in the mood to work on them.
3. Crochet.
Well I have been crochet since the 3rd grade and we will not say how far back that was. I can remember my mom teaching me with fine thread. If it didn't turn out right.. yes you got it.. I was made to rip rip rip rip it back till It was done right. I think it took me a month to put a fine edge on a washcloth!!!!! All the time she had to listen too.. "I hate this. It will never be right" and on and on and on.
I soo remember her saying ... Someday you will appriciate learning this. Well you got it.. Mom was and is right. Now I love to crochet and well time has made it so that I can make some very nice things with yarn and thread lol ( thanks mom!)
4 Knitting
About the 6th grade I tried to learn how to knit. Another thing I hated and hated but now love. Still am trying to learn the 4 needle thing but ....
5. Plastic canvas
Yep .. This is anothe one that I play with. I was in the mood for about 3 years so have a ton of patterns and still play with it once in a while.
6. Embroidery
Love to do this. I am learning how to do the Brazilian embroidery.. It is slow going but I love it and the slow turtle won the race right?
7. Crazy Quilting
This is one of my newest hobbies. I just started this this year and welllllll at the moment it is at the head of the list. I am in several qroups and am having a lot of fun..
8. Scrapbooking
I started this just about the same time as crazy quilting and it is really interesting. I do a lot of it with the computer. and lots of stickers. It is a lot of fun as well and you never know what I will be putting on my pages to go in the album.
Well that is all I have going on at the minute. I would love to learn how to tat and to make pin lace but that will be another blog and maybe in another life time.
